Large vacation apartment, wonderful view of the countryside, approx. 6 km from Lake Constance

This beautiful apartment is ideal for large families, but also if two families want to vacation together. Of course, here also offers a holiday with friends.
Our 135 square meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our large farmhouse and is suitable for up to 8 people.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. A separate second toilet is available.
Particularly noteworthy is the furnished balcony, with wonderful views.
There is also a private garden with barbecue facilities, as well as a sandpit and slide for the children.
Oberwolfertsweiler is situated in an idyllic location between small lakes, meadows and forests - and yet it is very centrally located, the nearby Allgäu, Austria and Switzerland can be easily explored on excursions.
Our house is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking, but especially bathing. The Degersee, a beautiful natural lake is within walking distance in 600 meters. Especially for children, it is recommended. Lake Constance itself is only 10 minutes by car or 6 km away.
Enjoy Lake Constance navigation, but the nearby Alps are ideal for a trip.
A grocery store with a large assortment and a day cafe can be reached within 900 meters.
The apartment has a furnished balcony with great views.
We cultivate a meadow orchard (organic cultivation) with many old high-stem trees. Here too you can enjoy nature and forget about everyday life.
From there you have a view of the mountains.

One of the best holiday homes we've stayed in

We have just returned from a wonderful week near Tettnang. The flat is on the second floor of a lovely traditional German farmhouse, near enough to Lake Constance to be able to explore the beautiful towns and villages on the lake itself, but far enough away to escape the tourists. The area where the farm is located is very scenic - incredibly green and peaceful with orchards and hop fields stretching as far as the eye can see. Ursula was a perfect host and has put much energy and love into renovating and furnishing the flat. It is deceptively spacious and really well equipped - we particularly enjoyed sitting out on the sunny terrace, enjoying the peace and the views. Our favourite place to visit was the Degersee - a lovely lake with a beach, kiosk and restaurant. We also enjoyed trips to Konstanz, Lindau and a bike ride along the lakeside. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this appartment and location.

.Wir waren da im Ostern feiern, wann genau die Apfelblüten frisch waren. Es ist wunderschöne Umgebung, dass bittet jederzeit Spazieren an.Das Haus war sehr sauber und praktisch möbliert und ausgestattetDie Gastgeberin Ursula ist sehr nett und einfach zu erreichen.Das Haus ist vollkommen zu empfehlen. Wenn wir organisieren können, fahren wir gerne wieder da.

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern einen angenehmen Urlaub bei Fam. Schmid verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr kinderfreundlich ausgestattet . Ich kann sie guten Gewissens für Familien mit Kindern weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht für Groß und Klein, nur die Sitzgruppe außen und die Grillvorrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, vor allen Dingen der Degersee. Leider gibt es kaum Wanderwege, so dass man auf der Straße laufen muss.

Ganz wunderbare Unterkunft!

Wir haben mit 8 Personen ein Mädelswochenende am Bodensee geplant und sind so in Tettnag gelandet. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns! Sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Sehr ruhig und in einer absolut idyllischen Umgebung - nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum See und morgens für frische Brötchen 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung... Wir alle werden die Unterkunft sehr gerne empfehlen!

Top FeWo für Familien

Die Ferienwohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Der Außenbereich ist liebvoll gestaltet und man hat eine herrliche Aussicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen modernen Kuhstall, an der FeWo selbst einige Schafe und Hühner, sowie eine große Wiese. Die Lage ist ruhig und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unzählige Ausflüge rund um den Bodensee. Die Gastgeberfamilie kümmert sich herzlich um ihre Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Bauernhaus

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, groß und gemütlich. Man kann sehr gemütlich zusammensitzen. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank und Eiswürfelbereiter ist der Hammer. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Im Garten konnten wir Tischtennis spielen. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten sehr gut Platz. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschön!

Die Wohnung ist äußerst großzügig, hell mit schönen Ausblicken in die Natur. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir konnten Eier, Honig direkt kaufen. Ein großer Walnussbaum, Hühner, Schafe, Streuobstwiesen waren zu genießen. Rundum gelungen!

Platz für die ganze Familie... Idyllische Lage

Einfach klasse für 4 bis 6 Personen. Hier gibt es wirklich richtig Platz für die ganze Familie. Besonders gefallen hat uns die idyllische Lage ganz nah am schönen Degersee und nur 10 Autominuten vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Balkon ist herrlich, der Garten auch klasse. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles bestens und gerne wieder 😊

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bei der großen Hitze haben wir die Eiswürfelmaschine am Gefrierschrank sehr genossen! Obwohl es eine Dachwohnung ist, war es selbst bei 33 Grad im Schatten nicht zu heiß. Sie ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit vom Bodensee entfernt (6 km bis Lindau). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
