Sleeping up to 6 guests and close to everything Telluride has to offer, it's the ideal base for your mountain getaway. Dogs welcome with a $175 pet fee.



The Space:

This top-floor one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a queen bedroom, queen sofa bed, and built-in twin bunk beds. The full kitchen includes all essentials (please note one of four stovetop burners is currently under repair), and the living area offers ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. Additional amenities include a humidifier in the bedroom closet and one full bathroom. Please note there is no dishwasher.



Guest Access:

Full private unit, keypad entry. Pool key in unit - saltwater pool (summer) and year-round hot tub. One parking space in building lot. Coin laundry in the main building.



The Neighborhood:

Telluride is a 10-block Victorian mining town at the end of a box canyon - a National Historic Landmark with Colorado Avenue running through the middle. Restaurants, trails, and the free gondola to Mountain Village are all walkable. The town festival calendar (Bluegrass, Film, Jazz, and more) is one of the best in the mountain west, with most events happening in the park at the east end of Main Street.



Getting Around:

200 yards to Lift 7, three blocks to the free gondola. Walkable to everything in Telluride - restaurants, shops, trails, and every festival in the annual calendar.



Other Things to Note:

· No dishwasher or in-unit washing machine.

· No air conditioning; ceiling fans provided.

· Pool key must be returned — $150 HOA charge if lost.

· Parking pass must be returned — $200 HOA charge if lost.

· Building is 651 West Pacific Ave — not 652 as some maps show.

· Dogs welcome. $175 pet fee.
