We had a highly disappointing stay at this apartment due to poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and a severe breach of privacy and professionalism by the hosts' staff.The apartment is under-maintained. Multiple lights were either broken or flickering annoyingly. The couch was dirty and hidden under a strange covering. Furthermore, the safe room window was sealed completely shut, making it impossible to open or aerate the room.On our second day, we requested a technician to fix the flickering lights. Not only was the issue unresolved, but the technician left the apartment in a disgusting state. The entire floor, coffee table, and shelves were covered in thick dust. He threw discarded light fixture packaging onto the couch and left used tape remnants on the shelves.Unacceptable Conduct & Privacy Violation: To make matters worse, the technician consumed from our food, including half-eaten chocolate bar we left for later!Host Response: When we confronted the owners, attaching photos we took, they took barely any responsibility, simply claiming he was a "new technician." Because of this severe violation of privacy, we refused to allow any more staff into the apartment during our absence. The owners completely refused to compensate us for this awful experience - they wouldn't even offer a complimentary cleaning, despite their own worker leaving the place filthy.Beware of booking this place.
