Escape to your own Keys hideaway with cozy island‑inspired home, coastal décor and a bright open living/kitchen area that flows onto a huge screened terrace. Relax in your own private pool, tiki hut-gazebo, shaded lounge areas and serene canal views, perfect for lazy mornings, sunset cocktails, grilling, family time and unwinding after adventures on the water, with plenty of space to spread out and truly relax together, plus easy access to nearby beaches, dining and local attractions.

The home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms feature comfortable king beds, and one room also has a twin‑over‑full bunk for extra guests. The bright open‑plan living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating one large gathering space. Upstairs, a huge screened terrace runs along the house with outdoor seating and dining. Downstairs, guests have a covered lounge area by the pool plus a tiki hut‑gazebo and multiple seating areas overlooking the canal.

Guests have full, private access to the house, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, screened upstairs terrace, pool and outdoor lounge spaces. The boat lift may be available upon request with host approval, proof of insurance and an additional fee. Please, let me know if you planning to bring a watercraft.

If you plan to bring a boat, jet ski, or any other watercraft, watercraft insurance is required and a liability waiver must be signed and approved prior to arrival. The pool is heated only during the winter season (approximately November through March) and heating may incur an additional fee. Two kayaks are included for guest use during your stay; life jackets are provided and must be worn, and guests use all water equipment at their own risk.

Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; no parties or events.

No smoking or vaping inside; only in designated outdoor areas.

Children must be closely supervised at all times in the pool area, on stairs, and on the dock.

Pool and dock are used at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty, no glass by the pool, no diving or jumping from the dock.

Boat lift may not be used by guests; any guest boat requires prior host approval plus at least $300,000 liability and property damage insurance.

Two kayaks with life jackets are provided; life jackets must be worn and a liability waiver must be signed before use
