My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay. The home was perfect for our group of ten—spotlessly tidy, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up with something for everyone to enjoy.The host went above and beyond, always accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’m certain our family will be returning time and time again in the future.

Nice Modern Home

We stayed in several homes during our New Zealand tour. This was the nicest. It accommodated our group of 10 adults. A few of the rooms do not have A/C but that is common of New Zealand homes. It really is just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed a run as the sun came up. The hot tub was nice. There are shops within a few minute drive for food.

Fantastic place to stay

WOW!! The house was awesome two years ago and has been redecorated and improved with the addition of table tennis, a hot outdoor shower and spa pool to make it AMAZING!! The house is well appointed, beautifully kept and has modern appliances plus plenty of dishes and fridge space to cook and cater for a large group. It's very conveniently located close to the beach, a park for the grandchildren to play and the shops. Toni is a fabulous host and always on hand to answer questions. We really appreciated the beautiful Christmas decorations and generous welcome gift Toni left us. We'll definitely be back again!

Big house suitable for family

The house was large and as described. It was very well equipped, however of the 6 bedrooms only one had any clothes hanging space or drawers. Property was clean except for the very dusty plastic pot plant in the master bedroom (which could have been replaced by a clothes hanger). Papamoa Beach road is very long and we were a long way from the Mount or Tauranga, but otherwise it is a good neighborhood.

The Perfect Getaway

We had the most amazing holiday in Papamoa and this place topped it off! Excellent communication. Loads or space and supplied with everything you could think of. Very close to the beach. Very safe for the kids. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Toni!

Excellent stay, I felt like I was home!

Our stay at this property was so incredible, the house was so spacious, clean, and had such incredible amenities. The downstairs area had a cool chill out area to relax and enjoy with a foosball table and a table tennis table, as well as 3 spacious rooms. The upstairs area was where we spent a lot of time as the living room was so spacious and we all enjoyed the bach so much! Very lovely host, with the most incredible communication. Was very helpful throughout the whole process of booking, checking in and out. The home is located in such a beautiful area, walking distance to the beach, supermarket and eateries! Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious & great for families with kids

The foosball table in the games room was a hit with the kids! Whenever we were at the house the kids spent all their time on the foosball table which was great because they got to play and interact with each other rather than just sit in front of the TV. The table tennis was also a hit with the parents too. The games room coupled with it being easily walkable to the beach made you feel like you were on a resort. Also great was that the property had a couple of boogie boards that we could borrow for the kids that didn't have their own so no kid missed out which was awesome. We had a wonderful time, there was plenty of space as each family had their bathroom, so there was plenty of space. Highly recommend this place if you have kids with you as the owners have thoughtfully provided things for the kids to do in the down time other than just providing a place to sleep. Great for families with kids.

Great place for families

A beautiful clean and tidy home which had plenty of space for our group of 12. It was great not having to bring linen and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. Property is very handy to the beach and a quick walk to a dairy if you forget anything. Communication with Toni was great and she was patient and prompt with answers to our questions. We'd definitely stay again!
