It is only a short walk to the Lake edge and childrens playground.
A 5 minute drive and you are in the middle of Taupo town centre and even less time to restaurants, new supermarket , Bowling alley, Cafe . Mini golf course and boat ramp.
Inside this beautifully presented home you will find 3 double bedrooms .master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. 2 living rooms. Family bathroom . Modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher
new hob and oven.
Double garage with auto door . Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Plus outdoor entertainment areas with BBQ and large deck with Lake views.
Bedding consists of 2 Queen beds and 2 single beds. Bring your own linen and towels. Duvets are supplied.
We will provide linen and towels on request at an extra fee of $85

Nothing but positive things to say
Beautiful house that felt like a home away from home. Very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were falling over each other. Master bedroom with separate lounge upstairs which was perfect for our daughter and partner and their 10 week old baby. The house was spotlessly clean and Lorraine was amazing to deal with.
