The room was pretty standard, nothing special and nothing bad about it. Nice view of the lake out the front. I left something of value behind when I left, it clearly had my name on it. I come back later that evening to see if it was there, and it was and returned it to me. I was disappointed that they actually didn't contact me, considering, I was the last one to use that room, and my name was clearly on it. My bad for forgetting it, but in this day and age of customer service, it should be normal to contact clients if things are left behind.

The view is very beautiful I love it. I will definitely stay there next time. The property is clean, tidy and easy parking,I recommend it to all. The old folks in the front office are amazing and friendly people.

We had a beautiful unit with lake views, the bathroom and kitchen area were great. The bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was terrible. Not at all comfortable to sit on and dreadful to sleep on. That was the only negative of this place and could be easily remedied by a new sofa.

Brilliant little place to stay. Clean, comfortable, when we checked in they'd already put the heat pump on for us (it was quite cold) which was a nice touch. They offered milk for coffee as well. Its the little things that make a difference here. Location - right on the lake, and a 10min walk to the centre of everything. It was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. My only minor criticism - old school Sky TV... I took a chromecast with me to cast what we wanted to watch but it wouldn't work. There were no smart options on the TV, so we were left with old school Sky TV which was... interesting. But this was very minor, and everything that really matters was was 10/10.

It was a pleasure staying at sails on the lake, we enjoyed everything about the place. Clean and tidy, service was great and the lakefront views are amazing. We will definitely be back.

For the price paid it was pretty outdated paint work was tired and complex it self looked tired too. I stayed in room 13 the bath was quickly filled which was great however a good scrub of the bath tub couldn't hurt. By check in no toilet paper in the room which can happen I would say. The couch was a foldable bed which we didn't need however it was not that great to sit on due to the framing underneath. I am pretty sure that I could here sparking of a electric plug or light I only heard it ones but couldn't smell anything. All in all I won't be staying there any more. I booked the room on based on reviews however I don't believe that the reviews are correct which where entered. P.s. it is walkable when your fit and don't have kids with you.

Sonya and Simon are wonderful hosts - they really made our stay an awesome experience. Thanks guys. The property itself is in a great location and the property was nice enough. But the standout really was the down to earth nature and hospitality of the managers - which made travelling with kids, to a family funeral, in winter, that much more bearable. Thanks guys.

I really enjoyed my stay. The owner was so kind and gave many excellent suggestions of places to eat and other places to visit - some of which I didn’t find on the regular websites, but which were well worth it. The location was lovely, just across the lake. I loved it!
