Pros: Good value for what is provided. The communication with the rental company was smooth and prompt. The outdoor area is nice with the pool and seating options (although there was no hammock as advertised in the listing pictures). The kitchen was fairly well equipped. It was very convenient having laundry and laundry detergent. The living room couch was super comfortable. Easy parking with the car port. There were minimal rules when leaving the property regarding cleaning which made leaving less stressful. For example we didn't have to worry about moving trash barrels, stripping sheets, etc like we did at other properties. There are plenty of towels and pillows available (although bath towels and beach towels were pretty small and thin, not what is pictured in the listing). Cons: There were outdoor cameras including facing the pool, outdoor seating area, car port and front doorbell without being disclosed in the listing. Some of the vinyl flooring was cracked in the king bedroom and kitchen. We weren't able to sleep in the king bed as half of it felt sunken in. (I let the rental company know about these things when asked for feedback). The queen bed was a little bit more comfortable. I was glad we weren't traveling with the maximum amount of people because you need to walk though one bedroom to get to the bedroom with the king bed and second bathroom. I was a little surprised there was no cooking basics like salt, pepper, oil, or a basic cleaner but we made it work.
