We just left the hotel, and I want to leave a review. The check-in process was fine. The receptionist was polite—not overly friendly, but she did her job well. When we got to the first room, we noticed a few issues. The TV remote wasn’t working, and the phone was faulty. We called for help. She responded and was on her way. However, while waiting, there was an issue in the bathroom: the toilet started overflowing. When she arrived, we discovered the toilet overflow was understandable—things happen. But she immediately found us another room, which was appreciated. In the second room, though, it became clear the hotel urgently needs repairs. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the baseboards were completely detached, held together only by double-sided tape, the bed skirt was ripped, and the bathroom door was broken—like someone had kicked it. Honestly, the room was not in a condition to rent out. It’s crucial that the hotel address these issues before renting these rooms. I’ll be uploading photos. Overall, the reception was fine, but the hotel conditions really need attention. I have pictures
