We did a road trip to the Florida Keys for my wife's 60th birthday with our dog. This hotel was listed as an 8.4.Travelocity suggested we contact the hotel since we were bringing a dog. They automatically took away my King Suite as it was not "a dog room". I later changed my reservation to 2 nights and they rebooked the whole reservation adding an additional $100. The room had more stains than rug. The chair had a huge stain on it. The shower curtain had a bloodstain. The breakfast was minimal. They didn't refill empty tea boxes. My first night there was no hot water in the shower. I will never stay here again. Actually I will never stay at a country inn & suites. Maybe not even a Radisson. I'm also contemplating my relationship with Travelocity. Funny thing is the front desk had 8.4 rating signs all over the place. For the record I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville. All rooms are dog friendly. The room was excellent. Same with the Sheraton in Jacksonville. Apparently their dogs rooms are more like dog boarding.

Hotel offered free shuttle service to Hard Rock Casino which is why I chose it. When I checked in they told me there was no longer a shuttle service. My wife and I were very disappointed !!!
