What maid service.

It was a good room, but we had to ask for towels and hand them the garbage bags. The maids we saw did not speak English (they said) so we never got fresh bedding for the week we were there. The swimming pool was being repaired the whole week.

Came for graduation of a grandchild and we got married and took kids to Disney world 🌎.... Needed Xtra ice packs frozen and they accommodated that for me! My suite was clean and spacious and quiet even for being next to the pool.. and a good rate.. for holiday weekend as well! The front desk staff and house keeping were all very happy and helpful, they did and helped with everything I needed! Guest laundry was upstairs but got the job done! My suite had a kitchen and was perfect! Kitchen supplies are available if needed didn't know so I brought and bought my own! They also allowed my grandkids to eat and swim with me which I. Appreciated very much! ADA LAW: YOU CANNOT CHARGE PET FEES FOR A SERVICE ANIMAL: AND I WAS......BUT I DID GET IT BACK!!! We stayed here before and stayed at a resort...we chose this comfort inn over this POS INN ON THE BEACH!!!! Beds are comfy to 😁

They need to actually clean the sheets and/or replace them. The staff were great but clean sheets are a help. People had large dogs next door that howled every so often and chatted inro the wee hours while smoking.

Dirty loud disgusting

A bit of paint won’t cover up what horrible condition this hotel was in. There were dead bats in the fridge and all over the room, food dripping down the walls, a booger on the headboard. It was disgusting. The floors were sticky. God knows what I would have found with a black light. Construction crews (I think were guests) hanging out partying and drinking till early hours with paper thin walls and doors. No rest.

When we got to the hotel first of all, we had to carry our own bags to our room then in the room, there was no security safe nor was any water or sodas in the refrigerator, worst was the fact that on three occasions, large roaches, roaming around, in the bathroom and sink area, front desk was called, and someone came in to spray, but the next day it happened again,, it was terrible to say the least disgusting and uncomfortable. I will never go back to that hotel. The staff was very nice But I think . I deserve some kind a refund or full refund. If you would like to discus further, please have someone contact me

I booked the suite that has two queen size beds and a sofa bed. The two queen size beds were clean and comfortable, but the sofa bed had sheets that were dirty with food crumbs and hair. We have a family of 5, and no one wanted to sleep on the sofa bed.
