Condo Description

Enjoy comfort and tropical charm in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located within the exclusive Diria Resort—the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo. Within the resort, there are two separate common areas: one for condo guests and another for hotel guests only. As a condo guest, you’ll enjoy access to the spectacular 10,000 sq. ft. free-form pool right in front of the condo, as well as direct access to Tamarindo Beach through the Diria Resort property, including the convenience of Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost, subject to availability, and must be coordinated directly with the hotel.



Other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and the gym are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. However, we provide pool and beach towels, along with foldable beach chairs, free of charge, ensuring you have everything you need right within your condo area.

Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.
