Excellent location in XMD, walking distance to most of the shopping ammenenties ard the area.. Decent room size with bathtub, the room rate is v affordable. The con is the bed and pillow, I’ve a bodyache for the 7night I stayed there.

Room conditions

We are 4 persons (3 adults and 1 child) staying in a room. Room size is rather small, and conditions are quite old. The toilet flush was overflow and stuck after a single use. Hotel's location is good but the bad situation was it is located in a single floor of a shopping or retail building. The building is rather run-down.

It's a perfect hotel close to the pedestrain street of Ximentin, Clean and the personnel is very kind : I note 2 problems : The personnel don't speak english or the english is very poor It'very difficult to find the hotel, it'on on 9th Floor and the only entrance is the lift The adrres is : 9F-2, No 36 Xining road 9th floor int the 2nd Bloc of 36 Xining Road 36 Xining is the adress of yhe Bloc

Good location. Decent hotel.

Great location. Just off the busy Ximending core but only a few mins walk. Hotel was great. Staff were friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only complaint is that it's hard to find. It's located inside a shopping plaza but there are no visible signs outside directing you. Had to call the hotel and ask a local to direct us.

Horrible

The hotel was really located in a rather rundown location. The room was very dusty, you can see layer of dust on the desk and cupboard. It is a no window room but their vantilator was horrible. The whole room is stuff, not recommended for families. On TOP of that cause it is a 1 level hotel, room wall are partition. Change of any sheet are chargeable. The bed are very dusty and it itch when you sleep. We got bed bugs bite from it. On top of that remote control was only given at the counter and had to return unpon check but that is not the problem. The problem was the television and the staff came in with his shoes into our room to adjust the television and our room was a platform bed and he step on it with his shoes on the platform. Cleanliness level is horrible. Toilet flush is easily clog so when you need to take big businesses you need to flush many times and toilet paper has to be thrown into the bin else it will be clog and you have to pay for maintenance. Resulting in room being smelly and horrible to stay. The hotel is more like hotel 81 on Singapore. So you are expected of weird noise and it will be Super clear cos rooms are of partition walls.

Centrally located with clean rooms

Booked 2 rooms: Room 307 and 308. Room 307 has a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. There is no way you can control the thermostat, so you've to endure cold nights, or wake up to switch on/off the air conditioning. Despite being located in an old building, the rooms were pleasant and carpet of the rooms were clean. Bathroom was great and front-desk personnels were friendly.
