Severe damp in room

The room is so damp that we have to request for a dehumidifier within a hour. Yet I can still smell it as I’m very sensitive, thus affected my rest. Staff is great! Yet the damp effect along is enough to ruin my whole stay experience!

The bath tab in the room looks old.The bed mattress was kind of hard for me to sleep on. The pillows were too soft for me. The sauna facility was closed for maintenance so it was too bad that I couldn't use the facility.
