The room was nice and I was pleased that I was not required to have it cleaned to save on resources. Continental breakfast was high on my list but I was caught by surprise that I needed to pay $15/day for parking. I wish I would have known that before I booked my stay. At breakfast Irma was very helpful and got me what I needed when it wasn't available. The hotel as an email, info@hiex.com, and they do not respond to it. I left an item in my room and inquired as to whether or not they found it and so far no response.

It was a nice hotel. Right downtown. There was road construction that was a little inconvenient but not the hotel’s fault. Great beds, good breakfast, good location.
