The staffs were very helpful and accommodating. Good amenities. The carpet needed a good vaccuming, the nights are noisy because of parties and music e every night. A good quiet nice is expected for a good restful sleep.

The hotel was great however the staff gave conflicting information and changed the price of breakfast plus wanted to charge me and extra $180 for the third guest's bed to be made up when I had already booked for 3 people.

Big room, big balcony with chairs but full of dust, dirty. Dinning table was sticky with something, no plates or cutlery provided unless you go to ask from room service which they will charge you to bring it for you, 2 small single cookie, a few teas and 1 small milk less than 200ml. in a fridge which I don't touch. Small electric kettle, coffee machine which you will have to buy your own coffee and if asking for bring anything they will charge you, so I cleaned my own balcony, chairs, clean table by myself. Good TV, 1 USB socket doesn't work, 1 bedside light doesn't work, the coffee table was unstable so I called to get a service guy to fixed. Good air-conditioning, good shower room, half bottle of hand wash & body lotion (refillable) BTW, I paid $1359 for 4night. Good view from my room. Good location for nice restaurants around.

Only here for a night due to a canceled flight, but place was magnificent. Glorious room and an incredibily comfortable bed i would like for my own house. Bathroom and living area massive for a hotel, with a couple of pools and on site bars and dining which worked well considering the circumstances of my stay. Would never have considered seeing or even staying in this srea, but after this, would consider Brighton le Sands as a destination if playing golf, and if i did, would definitely stay here
