The cleaning and maintenance of the property is very poor: mould on the bathroom roof due to poor ventilation, carpets not vacuumed, and layers of dust. This is somewhat disguised by poor lighting in the rooms. Maintenance appears to be patch up jobs and we had to move rooms in the middle of the evening due to the roof leaking above our toilet when water was used from the room above. This was a known defect that hadn’t been repaired properly

Are chosen Hotel I heard was good Hotel and was close to the wedding I stayed two nights the second day in the morning my daughter got glass in her foot it was in the carpet I took the glass out from her foot then I reported it and show them the glass and I told him with a carpet was not clean properly I told them to clean the carpet maybe there's more glass my daughter did not have a good time at the wedding because her foot was saw and today I'm very disappointed

Most of the staff was very helpful,the girl who checked us in was very unhelpful and felt like an unwanted guest. Buffet was great. Charged for car parking twice. Has to call them and sort out the issue. Location is prominent close to food takeaways and parramatta. Probably won’t come back because of customer service received at front desk.

The card reader was a big problem getting out of the car park and also using the lift to the room.The design of the car park made getting in or out of the car park almost impossible. The engineers of this place should have been fired. The food was ok but the room needs to be a bit more cooler. This place needs a bit of money to bring it up to standard. The interior corridor painted white resembled more of a classroom. The room was ok.
