The room was lovely, we decided to buy the full breakfast at the hotel. It was good. We payed extra for parking which is worth it. Parking in Sydney is shocking.

Hotel feels run incredibly down. Bathroom hadn’t had a scrub in a while and hallways smelt like garbage - literally. Spent whole night awake with a child crying (not the child’s fault) , but the walls are paper thin. Beds were clean but entire place needs a renovation. A shame because hotel accommodation on the NB is not plentiful.

Mercure Manly Warringah was very accommodating with the room, breakfast and other items we requested. They had many options for breakfast. The microwave, fridge and dishes were great! Staff was excellent

Great customer service checking in staff very friendly and accomodating & breakfast lady friendly. Room was very quiet, all slept well. Only small issue was there was no liquid soap to wash our hand and had to use the one in the shower. Happy overall
