Resort is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance. I was informed by the reception that the site became a hotel in 1989. It is clear that no renovation or maintenance has been done since. Dirty rooms with aging bathrooms.

No, the room was not spotless. Carpet had not been vacuumed and had numerous stains. Numerous wads of lint and hair on the floor around bed. Hoping housekeeping would catch that the next day but never happened. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Numerous amenities were not open the days we were staying there. We found this very disappointing.
