Welcome to a luxury five bedroom holiday home that includes one living room on the lower level, sitting room and two covered outdoor entertaining patios. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space with extra emphasis on air flow and natural light. Luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with spacious benchtop, ample storage and quality Miele appliances. One lower level ensuite bedroom with built-in robe. upstairs features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study nook and a family room. The master bedroom features a large walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom with double basin and its own Juliette style balcony. Bedrooms 3 & 4 also share access to a balcony on the western side. Outside you will enjoy a fully landscaped garden, Weber BBQ, private plunge pool, well-manicured common gardens and of course, you will have access to the shared pool areas where you can enjoy a cocktail and snacks from the licenced pool bar.
