Betty is a recently renovated bijou apartment 50 metres from the Noosa river in Tewantin with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and living and second toilet down stairs. Mid way between the Marina and the shops on Gympie Terrace you will be perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Noosa area has to offer. With its own private garden and expansive outdoor deck you can relax at home or pour a glass of wine and wander to the riverbank to watch the sunset. Everything has been carefully chosen to ensure a pleasant stay.

Unit was very poorly cleaned

Property was easy to find & check in to, plus it was in a great location. Once we opened up and got in the unit had a musty smell giving the appearance that it had not been opened / let for a while. So we opened doors & windows to give it an airing, then started to notice the unit appeared not to have been properly cleaned. Oven/Grill had dirty / greasy foil still inside. Pull out bins were very dirty. BBQ was very greasy and dirty, again not cleaned for ages. Upstairs toilet had skid marks in bowl and empty toilet rolls in drawer. Downstairs toilet / laundry looked like it hadn't been swept / cleaned for ages, dirt on floor, empty toilet rolls etc. Large spider web attached to TV unit / floor / staircase. I could go on but suffice to say an overall very poor standard of cleanliness. Took about an hour's worth of cleaning to get unit to what I would call acceptable. Messaged host who advised they would be in contact with the cleaners, who, if it was my place would have been sacked. Our stay was nice due to location & overall layout of unit, but was tainted by our initial entrance. When going away you expect to be in a home away from home, not to have to get the cleaning utensils out & start doing housework. I do not know what the cleaning fee was for when we booked as we did it all ourselves, maybe a refund would help. Unit was given a 10 on Stayz so must have been clean at some point. Will not be returning.

Immaculate

First time I've booked with Stayz. Linen sheets and fresh coffee for the win, well thought out with all the little things provided. Ferry into Noosa was great and free buses on the Easter weekend. Highly recommend.
