Recently re-tiled and refreshed this spacious easy living apartment is well located within walking distance to everything you need to enjoy your beach holiday.  Just three minutes directly down the road to the village strip where you can enjoy specialty roasted coffee or afternoon cocktails, plus a wonderful array of quality cafes and restaurants.

Continue past the shops and you are on the beach within minutes, and don't forget to visit the iconic Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

Offering holiday makers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opening out to a good size balcony with a BBQ and alfresco dining.

Relax by the complex pool set in tropical surrounds and located at the rear of the complex beside a sunny grassed area, the ideal place for the kids to play or to enjoy a little picnic.

Facilities include security parking and lift, and a lovely pool and garden area for all to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom has two singles beds. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Great location, nice unit

The proximity to beach, shops & cafes is great! Nicely appointed unit with modern furnishings and everything you need. Pool area is quite small and not particularly inviting to spend time out there. Apartment is right on a busy road so traffic noise was an issue.

Very comfortable stay

Well located property with everything we needed. Close to shops and restaurants and the surf club which had great views over the beach. Great service from the rental agents who arranged a late checkout and attended promptly to a problem with a fishy smell in the fridge Spacious balcony allowed for outdoor eating and morning coffee. All in all it was pleasure to stay here.

Perfect location.

Perfect location for cafes, restaurants and the beach. Clean. Nicely furnished. Nice to have some basic condiments like oil, salt and pepper. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans were great for the high temperatures. Would happily stay again.

Much preferred staying in Sunshine Beach rather than Noosa itself, so much quieter. Access to great places fir brekkie/lunch on 3min stroll. Recommend this unit. G

Great get away

The property was great, had everything needed for a short or long stay. Very clean! Great location within walking distance to everything. Check in and out process was easy. The apartment is very accessible especially those with children. Despite the apartment being off a main road area of sunshine beach there was no traffic noise at all. 10/10! Thanks for having us

Great place for beach holiday

Spent a week here with a few close friends. Was perfect location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach, nice shops/cafe's close by, great to have a pool and really spacious living area. Only a short drive into Noosa as well. Loved it

Great apartment close to shops, parks, beach and walks. Very spacious and will definitely stay again

We enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again was convenient for us as a family. Close to everything we needed; supermarkets, parks, walks, beaches, movies, cafe, takeaway and a bookstore. Had a great kitchen, nice balcony, good size rooms and bathrooms. It did have a little dog like smell to the place when locked up all day. Overall was a great place to stay.

A lovely stay

Really enjoyed our time at this property. Great location - just a short walk to shops and beach. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed for a short break. Loved the little extra touches, like games for the kids and basic supplies in the pantry. Would definitely stay again.
