Great stay but communication needs "tweaking"
Check out instructions posted on the frig of the condo were not consistent with instructions provided by Vacasa’s communication. Owner/Rental agency needs to reviewTV - Who ever stayed in the condo previously, did not sign out of their Netflix before departing. There should be communication in the condo as a reminder to check out of your social media apps before departing. “Chandler” was the name Netflix was signed into upon arriving at the condo.Pool - There was communication that the VAC facility was closed and that usage was not part of the fee for the condo. Vacasa communication stated that a weekly pass could be purchased for what we assumed were other pool areas on the property. That is not the case. I do recommend communicating with the owner that the property will not allow usage of any pools for future reservations if not booked with the property. This will be an issue for families with children. Items that need repair - Door stopper as you enter the condo and the light switch of the lamp on the right side of the guest bedroom. The cleaning representatives should have noticed these items before our arrival if a checklist is followed Frig - Instructions in the condo stated to set the dial to Medium setting. Its a new refrigerator with no dials. Again, revisit the instructions posted in the condoThings to consider - makeup removal cloth, night light in bathrooms, small chair in master, local info placed in condo
