About the home “The Breakers” is a delightful double-storey family and pet-friendly home in Sunderland Bay with 180 degree uninterrupted waterviews and just a short drive from all the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes and Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs the entry provides access to a Bathroom/Laundry (with shower over hip bath, washing machine and a separate toilet) and Bedroom 4 that flows through to the Lounge (with table tennis table, seating for 6, a bar fridge, a selection of card and board games and direct access to the Backyard). Upstairs a central hallway leads to Bedroom 1 and 2 (each with BIR and stunning waterviews), Bedroom 3, a Bathroom (with a shower), a separate Toilet and the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living (with 65" Smart TV) that in turn flows through to the first-floor Balcony.
Outdoor Areas
The first floor Balcony (with seating for 6 people plus a day bed lounge) provides uninterrupted 180 degree waterviews over Sunderland Bay and overlooks the front yard with a fantastic wood-heated 4-seater outdoor Hot Tub (some wood provided to get you started - takes 2h+ to heat up) plus seating for 4. The rear Patio (with gas BBQ and seating for 4) is part of the fully enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children and pets alike. There is space for one car behind the roller door, plus additional parking for up to two vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the Carport and Driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Vertuo Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the upstairs Kitchen/Dining/Living room, plus a wall-mounted electric heater in Bedroom 4.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 10 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Linen
