Positive aspects: convenient location, courteous staff, comfortable bed, quiet room (#2105), and an on‑site restaurant, which is essentially the only viable option for having a good sit‑down meal at Brussels Airport after 8 p.m., provided one is prepared to pay the rather high prices. The hotel is located inside Brussels Airport, which is ideal for travelers, especially those with early‑morning flights. Although it is evident that the rooms have seen better days, they still serve their purpose without major issues. The hotel & restaurant staff are very polite and carry out their duties diligently. Area for improvement to make a good stay perfect: room maintenance. The toilet does not flush very well and the sink stopper remains closed even when one tries to open it. That made my stay a bit more problematic than expected. A pleasant stay overall. The several positive aspects outweigh the few negative ones. I think I will be back on my next stay at Brussels Airport.

After spending time in France for 5 nights in small rooms with small baths, it was nice to have a large and comfortable room with a large bath and washcloths (which the French apparently do not use)
