With 47 m², it is situated in the house’s so-called Kemladen and offers you a comfortable living room with an open kitchen and a sunny south-facing balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cater for yourselves with ease.
The bedroom features a double bed. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space (unfolded 2.00 m x 1.20 m). The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bathtub. Towels are provided.
