Location is prime. Room was comfortable and secure. Beds were a little soft for our old backs, but all good. Front desk was really helpful with a lost item. Friendly. Street below can be noisy as it is a major pedestrian passage.

The hotel is nice, clean, and spacious. The location is excellent. It's near metro station and full of cafes and restaurant downstairs, beside and across the hotel.

Nice older hotel with good staff

As an older facility, Queen’s hotel has some advantages: a good location, older style rooms and elevator, and recognizable hotel design. The breakfast service was great and eliminated any need for lunch! However, on warmer days the room was stuffy and street noise kept windows from being open much.

Close location to T-centralen on the walking street Drottninggaten. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. They gave us the heads-up that the lift was not working, so we had the choice to cancel and make other arrangements. The staff assisted with carrying our large pieces of luggage up/down the spiral staircase. The beds were comfy. Glad I came prepared with a converter/adapter. No USB charging ports. Also, I did not expect a/c, I was not disappointed. There was a fan and a window.

Right on the main shopping street, very good breakfast buffet, very comfortable bed. The only downside is perhaps it is a bit noisy as it is located just on the main street.
