Este nuevo, contemporáneo, diseñador, casa verde está a sólo unos pasos de las olas y el pueblo de Stinson Beach. Ven a la playa y estaciona tu auto durante toda tu estadía. Reducir la velocidad, a pie de la playa, los restaurantes y la tienda de comestibles. Además de la ubicación conveniente, esta inusualmente grande sitio se encuentra junto a un arroyo y restaura hábitat ripario nativo con ranas ocasionales y la trucha arco iris en el patio trasero.

El corazón de la casa es la cocina de lujo, bien equipado e informal. Las características incluyen; un disipador de verdura de bonificación con multi-pur agua filtrada, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y de fácil diseño de pasada con un montón de puestos de trabajo. El comedor se abre a ambos patio y cubierta para estar al aire libre sin problemas.

La casa fue construida con las normas de diseño universal: nivel en el acceso; lavabo, bañera, ducha y WC todo discretamente diseñados para el acceso en silla de ruedas. Así como un hormigón teñido, de un solo nivel, calefacción por suelo radiante en todas partes.

Los tres dormitorios tienen grandes características, adecuado para parejas o una reunión familiar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble grande y ducha doble. Segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio con baño privado y puerta holandesa a la cala. En tercer lugar (niños) dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas (gemelos más completo) de un techo y cuarto de baño adyacente con seis pies tub..Den tiene chimenea de gas, sofá cama doble y pesada cortina de la vida privada. colchón extra, camas de aire, camas de plumas y ropa de cama para grupos más grandes.

We will be back! This place is a gem. Restful, well-equipped, and steps away from delicious places to eat, beautiful beaches. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, lots of extras (puzzles, games, beach toys), which made it the perfect retreat.

Don is super communicative and welcoming. The house is just as described with lots of sleeping options for our crew, and the kitchen is fully stocked (and then some). The hot tub is a nice treat, and everything inside and out is well-maintained. We loved the location and everything about Stinson Beach. Our crew of four adults, six kids, and one dog were sad to leave this great property.

Place was absolutely perfect for our purposes, with most folks flying in from the East Coast to stay before a wedding in Sausalito. The house was able to comfortably fit 13 adults and the grill and hot tub were great bonuses for the evenings at the house. The location is also great, close to the beach from two sides of the house and a five minute walk into town.

Perfect Home, Property and Location for Group of 11Everyone was so pleased with the features, layout, and indoor and outdoor accommodations for our large group. The home was well-designed and comfortable. Beds were great. The grounds were attractive and well kept. It was less than a 5-minute walk to magnificent Stinson Beach, and there are many nice hiking trails in this area. We had fun day trips to Point Reyes National Seashore, Muir Woods, Marshall, and Petaluma.The house listing was accurate, and Don was superb in providing timely response and assistance.I would love to return for another stay at this property.

The property was wonderful. It was beautiful but very approachable. The outdoor living spaces were a garden of peace and tranquility. Ample seating for a seated dinner for 12. We had a private chef cook our birthday dinner and it was lovelier than any restaurant patio dining. Our host was super attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Just a delight all around. The location was ideal. The beach was a few steps from the backyard and the surf and kayak rental shop was just steps away. A short walk into town for pastries, ice cream and coffee. Looking forward to re-booking soon! A huge thank you to our hosts.

Seriously amazing property. A once in a lifetime experience. We hosted our wedding reception here and our family and friends loved the home. Huge property and plenty of space. Street dead ends into the beach. Don was very friendly the entire process and even let my husband and I tour the property a few months before our stay to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. No complaints what so ever! Best rental we have ever stayed in!

Spectacular!!

Our group of 16 adults and children all enjoyed The Coop tremendously! The property was exceptional, inside and out. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep, there were lots of cute spaces to hang out outside, the beach was nearby, and the house had everything we needed. Don was an especially kind and responsive host. Our entire group agreed that we would love to go back and stay at this house again in the future!

Family get together

We gathered for almost a week at Don’s solar powered beach house to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday with our extended family and it was just the place for our group to spend that time. Beds were all very comfortable. Especially the pullout couches! They had memory foam! I slept on them all but one night and must say I woke up very well rested without any of the typical aches and pains from normal sofa beds. The kitchen was well stocked,

Fabulous Stinson Beach House

Absolutely wonderful beach house at Stinson Beach! Lots of room for the entire family (we had a group of 6 adults and two granddaughters 6 and 3). Each couple had their own space and bathroom! The house was perfectly situated for a large group. Just a brief walk to the beach. Loved the hot tub and outdoor entertaining area. We even brought our dog. Don was a wonderful host and available if we had any questions. We will be back again :) Thank you Don for a perfect beach birthday celebration in your beautiful beach house!

Excellent setting for a family retreat

Our family (ranging from 3 to 70 years) has one an annual retreat for seven years. This year we selected Solar-Powered Dream Vacation Property for a five-night stay. We had a wonderful stay and the house won many votes for the ‘best ever’.Check-in was easy and the house was very clean when we arrived. There was a small issue with the hot tub Don had the technician there with a few hours to resolve it. We found the house extremely well equipped (linens, beach towels and toys, games/puzzles/toys, kitchen pots, pans, and utensils, etc.). The kitchen was extremely functional and cooked all meals at the house and shared the large dining table. The location is very convenient with loads of parking. The beach was less than a five-minute walk and we took full advantage. Even though there are houses nearby, the house was extremely quiet and peaceful. There are numerous comfortable places for folks to gather or to have alone time. Most of the house has been recently redone and was inviting and comfortable.Unfortunately, now we have to decide whether to rebook for next year (would be a first) or keep trying new places.

Beautiful May Trip to Stinson

We came for a wedding with 5 couples and the house was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and the entire house was clean. Everything in Stinson is just a few minutes walk away. Don was a very responsive host and was kind enough to ship some items we had forgotten at the house.

Perfect Family Reunion

My husband and I hosted our 4 daughters, 4 sons-in-laws and 5 grandchildren ages 1-5 for 5 nights of beach fun!! Four en suite bedrooms, one with a comfy pull-out couch (all with beautiful hotel-like bathrooms) were perfect for the parents and their littles. My husband and I gave up bedroom privacy but still enjoyed excellent twin mattresses (and sleep) in the “stairway” access room! Doors and walls provided excellent sound barriers so adults could party after littles went to bed. Outside patio was perfect. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. Large fridge and ample freezer space. Excellent washer and dryer. Steps from the ocean and sand!! Seashell hunting is abundant. And lastly, a short walk from town with restaurants and kid park!! House owner available for text answers when needed. We will be back!!

Lovely Beach Side Comfortable Home

We were a family of 10 adults and four kids who thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious , well-appointed home in Stinson Beach. We were able to cook each of our three nights in the well equipped kitchen. Walking to the beach was simple due to the great location. The house has many nice amenities, such comfortable bed and very nice bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Amazing house right by the beach

The house is an amazing setup for a larger family and friends stay. Each room has access to their own bathroom and there is a lot of privacy. We were a group of 14 friends and family on our annual beach trip. Don's house had beds for everyone (unique find on the beach)! Everything we needed for our group seafood dinner was already in the house. The indoor "living/family" area is small for such a large house, but we were able to spill out and enjoy the very generous outdoor living area. It was clean, well-stocked, ample parking, and Don's communication was always prompt. The location can't be beat - morning coffee walk on the beach, afternoon nap on the beach, stroll to watch the sunset from the beach - back and forth all day long! Highly recommend!

Perfection at the Beach

We love this home! This was our second time renting here this year! The space is amazing- the bedrooms with ensuites, and the little bedroom downstairs were perfect for our family. Everyone had space and comfort. The indoor living space and kitchen worked very well for cooking, socializing and relaxing. The outdoor space was gorgeous-garden, fire area, small balcony and large balcony, BBQ grill, and hot tub were all wonderful. Lastly, the location is perfect too! A quick walk down the Calle to the beach, or a quick walk to the library, market, or restaurants, all a 5-7 minute walk via the beach or road. Everyone felt very much at home. Thank you Don for a great stay!

A perfect spot for a big family gathering

We had an 80th birthday celebration with 4 generations in Don's home. He was the best landlord--attentive, responsive and available. The kitchen is well stocked and there are multiple types of sleeping areas in addition to the bedrooms. The washer and dryer were handy, though we brought our own laundry soap. The solar power and floor heating is impressive, the hot tub well cared for and the BBQ's well maintained. The kitchen cabinets are rather worn and there is a loud droning noise that started each evening from about 10PM to 11:30, not sure if that was the Tesla batteries recharging or what. Overall it was a fabulous house to have, walking distance to the waves, Parkside restaurant and town. thank you Don!
