Overall good. Like that the room was kind of lately refurbished. The balcony and the city view were nice! However the sofa bed in the suite we booked was very dirty: the sheet was unchanged since at least last guest as there was hair and stain on the bed sheet! The bathroom is just too tiny comparing to the room size. Also the fridge placed by the sofa bed was really noisy at sleep time as it constantly turns on and off. I had to switch it to off at 5AM after waken by it.

25 years of predictable, high standards

I’ve been staying here for about 25 years and it’s kept the same high quality for the price I look forward to. Comfortable, clean, quiet room in the heart of Richmond. Great bar and restaurant. Very convenient for the airport.

Arriving after 40 hrs of flying, I had to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. Room 212 has a sliding door that doesn't close properly. Despite having the heat on 25, the room was cold!
