Conveniences such as underfloor heating, parking directly in front of the apartment, 2 direct access points, accessibility within the apartment, dishwasher & washing machine, WiFi access and the fireplace in the living room will guarantee you a pleasant stay.
In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, are the bakery, supermarket, savings bank and church.
You will find leisure activities "right outside the door" whether hiking, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, Nordic walking, mountain biking or just a relaxing walk in the forest - the Erzgebirge / Vogtland nature park offers numerous possibilities.
