The front desk staff was respectful. The breakfast was very good with different options. The two days we stayed at the hotel, our room was not cleaned. No fresh towels or trash was removed.

Tile floors and grout were dirty. Could use a good steam cleaning. Also shower head was garbage. Good thing that we had good water pressure. Staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was in away like coming home. I went to GSU back in the late 70's and about 5 yrs ago I helped renovate this establishment. I was impressed with it when we finished and was just as impressed during this stay.

Pathetic! They doubled the rate because it was family weekend at the college. Fine, I get that. Our tv didn’t work. Front desk just said sorry. The ice machines didn’t work either. So basically, this hotel decided to take advantage of parents who simply wanted to see their college student. The same parents who already pay tuition. Classy, right??? $400 a night for a bed, shower, and NO basic amenities.
