With spectacular views from almost anywhere, and tropical landscaping with a large saltwater pool, you are sure to enjoy every moment inside and out. This unique property consists of two villas, one on top of the other. Each villa individually offers a living area, dinning room, and fully equipped kitchen. Not to mention the balconies in each villa and the endless views.
The upper villa is specious enough to host the entire group in the great room, dinning room, and the large gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators will graciously host any meal of any size. The expansive balcony offers more than enough room for all, and you will find yourself here soaking up the Caribbean sun by day and taking in the island lights at night. With three king suites, you will have total privacy when retiring for the evening.
The lower villa brings a king ensuite bedroom and walk out balcony. The bunk loft with full door has a twin over full bunk and private bathroom. More than enough space for five, you are just mere steps away from the upper villa to join the group.
Coco's Paradise Views' grounds are adorned with vibrant tropical landscaping and several seating areas when you just need a change of scenery. The saltwater pool may be shared, but often times you will have it all to yourself. The pool and pool deck are one of the largest on island, so you can choose to have your own private space or mingle. Complete with an outdoor shower to rinse off and views of Charlotte Amalie, the Harbor, and Caribbean Sea, you will find yourself wishing you stayed longer.
