Cabaña de lujo de 4 niveles en East Beach, piscina privada, terraza en la azotea, sala de juegos, bicicletas

Floataway Cottage es una casa prístina, increíblemente elegante, con vista al mar de cuatro niveles con piscina privada. La cabaña se encuentra a tres minutos a pie del acceso a la playa de Olive Way en East Beach y es uno de los pocos paseos marítimos a la playa. Cada playa es la única playa en St. Simons que se pueden usar durante la marea alta y baja.

La cabaña cuenta con siete habitaciones, siete baños y medio, y tiene capacidad para 16.

Un patio cerrado con área de parrillas y piscina privada le da la bienvenida a nuestra casa. En el interior, un gran vestíbulo te saluda y tiene servicio de ascensor a los cuatro niveles. El segundo piso tiene cuatro habitaciones y una sala de estar informal con un área de trabajo y un escritorio con capacidad para dos. El tercer piso cuenta con una gran sala espaciosa, cocina bien equipada y un comedor con capacidad para 16. Un gran balcón está fuera del comedor. La primera de las tres master suites está en este piso.

El cuarto piso completa la casa con dos master suites adicionales, una que da al océano y tiene un balcón privado. Un bar de la mañana y un cuarto de mantenimiento separan las dos suites. La sorpresa de la casa es una gran terraza en el techo que tiene impresionantes vistas del Atlántico y cuenta con asientos y restaurantes para toda la familia.

El nivel inferior tiene una sala de juegos con mesa de ping pong y acceso a un garaje.

La cabaña tiene un total de siete habitaciones y siete baños y medio. El segundo piso tiene cuatro habitaciones, tres con camas queen y una con dos camas individuales. Todas tienen baño privado. El tercer piso tiene una suite principal con dos camas queen y baño privado. Hay un medio baño en este piso. El 4to piso tiene dos master suites, cada una con camas king y baños privados. Todos los baños principales tienen duchas y bañeras separadas.

Toda la casa tiene wi-fi, cada sala de estar tiene un televisor con reproductores de DVD y seis de las siete habitaciones tienen televisores. Hay un sistema de audio para toda la casa con altavoces en todos los pisos, incluida la cubierta del techo.

House was better than advertised. Lovely home, great location. And the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. And, not one, but TWO, ice makers! The elevator was a real blessing, some in our group have mobility issues. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Family vacation

Great vacation home. Plenty of room to spread out. We had 6 adults and 5 children. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location. 3 minute walk to the beach. Could ride bikes to restaurants. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Loved that the pool was mostly shaded to get a break from the sun. Very quick responses from the owner. Highly recommend.

Best Holiday Ever

Staying at this property has provided our family with rich memories. There is no other property like it with the elegant comfort of well-appointed rooms, proximity to the beach, and considerate touches with everything you could want in the kitchen, a pool, a ping pong table, bicycles, and working elevator. Watching fireworks from the rooftop deck capped off a perfect holiday.

Cousins Reunion

I booked this for 12 cousins to get together for a few days for a reunion. This was a fantastic property. The place was very clean and you wanted for nothing. Everything we needed there we found. It was well designed and well built with plenty of private bathrooms. Everything worked, Like Sheldon & Leonard's apartment the cabinets were all labelled so you knew where and how many dishes to put away when they were clean. The mattresses were out of this world. Some of the best sleep I've ever had away from home. Climate control worked perfectly. Owner engaged with us and was available to us via text; even texted us when it was ready so we could occupy it a bit early. Table was perfect for game night. Main/only suggestion: slip mats for the showers. Thanks for a great stay! Here are some comments from the guests: "I was impressed with the whole building. The design was well laid out and the decor felt luxurious. Private bathrooms were well appreciated. The large table was my favorite place for gathering around for conversation and we were 12 people and the house never once felt crowded." "Yes! It was Fantastic ...I especially loved the Mattress! And! The entire Bedding...all made for a Fabulous night's sleep" "The elevator was fun! Operating it was like a childhood fantasy come true. Lol! " "The accommodations were perfect. We had everything we needed and then some! The elevator was definitely a plus! "

Awesome Property!

It was so nice to stay at this property. Close to the beach and restaurants. The home was very clean and accessible with all the convenances of home, especially the kitchen which had all the utensils, pots/pans and dinnerware you need to cook your own meals, even spices! The views from the rooftop patio were super nice with a nice ocean breeze at night. The host, Paul, was very responsive and very nice to work with. Would highly recommend this property for your stay at St. Simon Island!

Second Stay!

My extended family (grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren) first stayed at this property in June 2023 and had such a great experience we immediately booked it again for June 2024. Our most recent stay was just as great. The house is the best equipped vacation house I've stayed in, from the kitchen to the bikes and beach gear. It's impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything a large family could need for an excellent trip. It's just a short (3 minute) bike ride to the beach and a smooth easy bike ride to all the island restaurants and shopping. The owner, Paul, was extremely responsive to a few questions we had on our trip. Love SSI and love this house! Will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect spot for a girls trip!

This is our 2nd stay and the place is perfect for our annual girls trip. The home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for cooking. The beds are super comfy and the elevator and pool are wonderful perks.

Awesome House

12 Friends over 65 had a super time in Saint Simons. This house is just wonderful. The rooftop deck, the ensuite bedrooms, the organization of the kitchen(a label for everything), and the beauty of the decor, and the location were just great. We have already booked another stay we enjoyed it so much!

The property proved to be better than the pictures. High end finishes, beautifully appointed, wonderfully stocked. Perfect location to East End beach. Paul was super accessible. We had a refrigerator issue upon arrival but in 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon we had a new fridge!! He can work magic. Highly recommend Floataway for your SSI stay
