rooms were fine, area was fine, the front desk staff did not program our keys for both nights so we were shut out of our room with an upset baby for 20 mins waiting for the line at the desk to go down so our keys could be programmed for that night. the spoke to my friend like she was stupid. this also happened to my mom all three nights she was there

We had to wait almost an hour as they couldn't find our reservation! They worked a long time...had to call Expedia. The man at the desk was very pleasant. I'm not sure what went wrong but we are grateful we didn't have to go somewhere else as hotels are full due to army basic training graduation.

Both my friend and myself had to be moved to different rooms. None of the electrical outlets in my bathroom worked. Tv in my room didn't work. My friends room, the air-conditioning unit wouldn't stay running. I get to my second room and there was no remote for the tv. The elevator in the hotel stopped working. The staff did there best to help with the problems.
