Old home that needs lots of TLC and investment int he property. It’s a nice bay view but the dock is not boat friendly and the lift is not accessible for guest (even though I asked first , it was miscommunicated)we had to take the boat off the lift it was a 22 ft boat , the only reason I choose this place was to have our boat on the water during our trip . No provided activities for kids or young adults such as board games . It’s a half mile walk from the beach but make sure your bring your own beach amenities to include chairs , beach towels , umbrella, etc and a way to get them there if you are asking . The house supplies a place to cook and sleep that’s it . The beds are hard and very old , in fact the king mattresses are two twin mattresses that you can feel the middle and one of them the one side depresses lower leaving a gap . Would not stay here again , not a very good short get away stay , we were here for 5 nights , not enough towels and no way to wash them since you can’t use the washing machine unless you stay for 2 weeks .
