Enjoy your well-appointed kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and granite counters, including a 4 ft x 12 ft peninsula with abundant wood cabinetry. Coastal wood dining table seats 6 inside, plus a weather resistant 38” round table and 4 matching swivel chairs for outdoor dining on your private balcony.

Top grain Italian leather sectional with chaise and a pair of comfy swivel club chairs to take in the unmatched view from the privacy of your spacious living/dining open-plan area.

The spacious Master Retreat features a king bed with new pillow top mattress set and a seating area with views of the water from the down-filled love-seat and chair upholstery. The bath has a tub/shower and lighted make-up mirror. The sand & vanilla color pallet in the 2nd Master/guest also features a king-size bed with pillow-top mattress with full bath with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are fitted with custom shutters and blackout draperies for maximum privacy and light control.

Your in-unit laundry room features new front-loading W/D with ironing board & iron, as well as extra storage and hanging space. New A/C, hot-water heater, and bedroom carpets in 2017; easy care ceramic tile in remaining areas resembling the golden sands of Indian Shores.

You will never want to leave this tastefully decorated condo including original art work from local artists, not to mention the motorized window shades that obey your command with the touch of a button.

When you do want to get your toes in the sand, beach chairs, beach umbrella and coolers are awaiting in the outside storage on your way down the elevator to the beach. When you’ve had your fill of the sun and sand, rinse-off showers within the gated property area are for guest use only.

Check in is very easy. Condo, as always, is clean and the decor and location exceed expectations. This is the 3d time we've been here and enjoy it every time. The location is great. We've stayed at two other condos in this building and always look for this location before every visit (once a year as wife's family is in St. Pete). Everything that you need is in the condo. Bring your swim suit. We will be coming back!

We walk in the door and are instantly “at home”!!! It’s amazing to be able to feel like you are on the beach without even leaving this condo. The views are second to none and the condo is beautiful.We love the walkability and proximity to great restaurants and just watching breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. Kristi is absolutely the best when it comes to a host and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are taken care of from beginning to end!

We have been spending February in Florida for a number of years and Kristi's condo is the best one we ever stayed in. Being welcomed with snacks and a nice bottle of wine was very appreciated and the view was the star of the show. But the condo was what made for a wonderful stay. High end appliances, a very comfortable bed, thick thirsty towels and a completely equipped kitchen. We always bring a couple of boxes of kitchen items and cleaning supplies that are usually missing. We could have left them home this time. Kristi made everything smooth and easy. She will also respond quickly to any concerns you may have. Thanks again Kristi, you do a wonderful job. M and M

We enjoyed our recent vacation at this lovely condo! It's attractive, comfortable, and clean. The host is very friendly and responds promptly to any questions or issues. The condo is on the fifth floor directly overlooking the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the large balcony. Plus, the location is great! Fabulous stay!

This place is incredible!! It has outstanding views from the balcony. We saw manatees and a dolphin not too far off the beach. The unit itself has everything you could need or want including all of the beach gear and towels you need. The bed was super comfortable and overall this place just felt like home for the week. From this top floor, gulf front condo, you can see forever. The wrap around deck offers views of the inner coastal as well. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. The communication with the owner was positive and thorough. We had a wonderful time.

We had a very nice time at Kristi’s condo. It is spacious, clean and right on the beach. Any closer you would be in the ocean. The wrap around balcony was great. Nice place to relax offering some shade at any time of the day. Plenty of outdoor furniture available to sit where you want without having to move furniture around. I must say that Kristi is doing everything right. She is available as soon as you reach out. I fully understand that nothing lasts forever without breaking or not working properly sometimes, but all it matters is how the host responds, and how quick. Thank you Kristi. We enjoyed being your guests.

This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean! The views with all of windows are just beautiful and makes it feel so open. We got there at 1:00 am and there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us which was such a nice touch. We were so impressed with all of the immenities, what a great host! We felt so taken care of. It was very hard to leave, we fell in love with this little beach town! We wiill definitely be booking here again.

Kristi was an excellent hostess. I appreciated her checking in to make sure we arrived at the condo. Best VRBO Ever

We have rented over a dozen VRBO properties and this, by far, was the best experience! This unit is absolutely beautiful and is appointed with everything you could possibly imagine to need, except your own clothes and toothbrush. It is newly renovated, big, clean and beautiful. The porch faces 2 directions and is perfect for those Gulf sunsets. Location in Indian Shores was perfect. You could walk several places for meals. Our hosts were absolutely delightful and quickly responded to any question we had.

My family absolutely loved this apartment. Beautifully designed high quality interiors, fresh and immaculately clean. So many thoughtful touches, Kristi appears to have thought of everything you might need during your stay. Fantastic location with stunning views. The building is also well maintained with communal areas cleaned daily. We really appreciated the early check in and late check out, it’s great to have a host who offered so much flexibly, especially on our departure day as we had a long drive and flight ahead of us. We would definitely return to this apartment.

SHORT STAY IN PARADISE

My wife is from St. Pete so we were here for her high school reunion and to see her family. Everyone who visited us was very impressed with the condo. We've been coming to Indian Rocks Beach and surrounding beaches for years and this was the best condo that we've stayed in. It was worth the price of admission. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time. We've marked it as a favorite. You feel as if you're in a home, which it probably is when it's not being rented. Highly recommend staying here.
