The house was perfect for 2 families. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus extras. The beach carts were very nice to have for our walk to the beach.

Spring Break Visit
The property had everything you would need both in the house to feel comfortable and outdoors to enjoy the big backyard or the beach which is a short walk. We had a wonderful time and it was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy our time in Florida.

Beach weekend
Spent a few days at the end of our vacation playing on the beach. Lovely, quiet location in a residential neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach with our 4 kids ages 6-12. Beautiful sandy beach great for shell collecting with calm waves. Enjoyed all the “extras”-beach gear/wagon, ping pong, games. Kitchen was well equipped, but fridge and stove needed a bit of clean before using. Easy to get ahold of Liz despite her being on vacation and she left alternate contacts. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Wonderful, spacious
Great place to stay, homey and cute! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is there for a fun day at the beach or lots to do if you stay in. Close to lots of things, restaurants, shops, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

3rd year in a row.
As the title says, this is our third year in a row staying in this house. And once again, we were not disappointed. The house and the location are perfect for our little family including our dog. The beach it’s just steps away, and there are many choices for dining and entertainment. Close by. Also, if you are a member of the American Legion, 273 is on the water as extremely close to the house. In short, I would definitely recommend choosing this house for your next vacation.

Great Location.
This porperty was a very mice size for our family. Everyone really enjoyed the ping pong table, this was a nice touch. The best part is the location. Very close to beach, took about 5 minutes to walk there. The back yard is a nice size, but not maintained the best. A little overgrown with bushes and vines. Made it hard to see our small dogs most of the time. But they didnt seem to mind. The outside furniture was nice but covered in ants. The place was very nicely decorated, loved the beach theme. The tub/shower in the main bathroom was clogged and filled with water our entire stay. We had small children with us, this made it difficult to bathe them as this was the only tub in the home. The owners were quick to respond when i told them and said they knew about it, but couldnt get it looked at until after our stay. We were able to make it work with just a tiny shower. With all the extras offered and the great location we would definitely stay again. Very beautiful home.
