The property has beautiful views; a lot of beach chairs/beach toys and umbrellas available. The host was responsive, and offered to make changes. A little TLC and upgrading would be suggested to focus on the overall cleanliness; fixing the bedroom door that did not shut; getting a new mattress pad for the pull out couch to include cleaning it each time.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

We stayed in this upstairs condo several months after a couple of hurricanes ravaged St. Petersburg… It was amazingly a beautiful beach spot and the condo unit was lovely and well-equipped! There are only a few suggestions we would make to add to this 1 bedroom place to make it ideal!!

Perfect Little Getaway

Since our regular “beach place” was damaged by the hurricanes, we decided we still had to go to the beach. This place was just perfect….Great service and communication, clean, easy check in, very comfortable and right on the beach. Loved it! We would definitely recommend!

Great Beach

Great location with private beach access, but some drawbacks for us. We loved the location—right on a private beach, which was quiet and beautiful. The unit was clean and had what we needed for a beach stay. However, the building itself is older and currently under construction due to past hurricane damage, which did affect the overall experience. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the shared patio meant limited privacy. If you’re looking for convenience and beach access and don’t mind a more basic, weathered property, this could work.

We absolutely LOVE it here! We have stayed her before in a different unit and due to the first floor still being torn up from the hurricane we almost didnt stay here again, so glad we did! the beach is sooooo private its spring break and not many were in this area, our kids (7) had room to run around and play. the unit is great the views are amazing! We will be back!

Peaceful Beacfront property!

This place was everything we wanted u can look right out the back patio and see nothing but the gulf and the sun rising and setting, so relaxing and peaceful, beach gear was provided umbrellas, paddle boards, beach chairs. Perfect little place! Id recommend and Will be back :)

Adorable condo

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The first condo was on the bottom floor and was sadly damaged by the hurricane. This year we stayed on the top floor. The condo is adorable and surprisingly roomy. Everything was very very clean. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful beach. Will definitely be returning!

Memorable Christmas

We enjoyed our Christmas here. The place had all that we needed and the weather was fabulous. They were very quick to respond to our messages. We asked for an air mattress beforehand and the one they had had a hole in it but they offered to reimburse us if we bought one, which we did. This allowed our 4-year-old to stay in the bedroom with us. The view from the living room was breathtaking. We loved looking out at the ocean every morning while we ate our breakfast. There was quite a bit of foot traffic on the shared balcony due to the 1st floor condos being out of commission from the hurricane so everyone was staying on the 2nd floor, but that wasn’t a big bother to us. We had an issue with the fire TV and they quickly sent someone to fix it. The only bummer was that we couldn’t get a checkout past 11am. We had an evening flight so had to figure out what to do with our day without having a home base. Overall, a great time. Lots of great memories!

Perfect location and view

This location was great for a peaceful week on the beach. The condo was clean and perfect for two people. Having the living room area with a full kitchen was great. We enjoyed our stay and the sunsets every night. Communication and attentiveness of the host was perfect. We will look to stay again.
