This beautiful condo is a popular 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat that is close to everything: beaches, heated pool and all the amenities including popular John's Pass Village located just across the street! The moment you step inside this spacious, bright home, you will find everything you need. The updated eat in kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is stocked with utensils, including microwave and Keurig coffeemaker while providing comfortable seating for up to seven people; four at kitchen table and two at the countertop bar. The cozy living area has leather couch, recliner, television, and desk area perfect for catching up on your emails. Step through the sliding glass doors to the side view outdoor balcony complete with enviable beach views! Here is the perfect spot to watch the colorful sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage at the end of a fun filled day! The nice decorated master bedroom contains a king sized bed, television and access to the outdoor balcony. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this condo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and television. . Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. The bathrooms have been updated with granite counters, with a walk in shower in the master, and shower/tub in second. Washer and dryer are also provided.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Of course 304 Crimson is a short walk from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well.
