Sorry your stay with us was a disappointment. We will look into the issues you mentioned and work on improving those issue as they are found. We will be working closely with our pest control company to resolve the pest control issue and also look into the housekeeping department to find out with you didn't receive service. Thank you for your feedback. The issues you mentioned about repairs will be brought up to our maintenance department and will be fixed as they are found. You may see guests in the parking lot as we are 100% smoke free hotel and guests may be walking around outside in our beautiful Clearwater weather smoking. We also assure that any person on property is a valid and valued guest as we do not allow loitering and if found on the property unwanted guests are asked to leave. We do encourage guests that if you see, hear or feel that any illegal activity is occurring please report such issues to our staff so we can handle the situation for your safety. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your accommodations as we will be making more improvements in the near future. We enjoyed having you and value your business. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations this time. We will use your valuable feedback to improve in hopes you will give us another try.
