Bath tub had what seem like soap stain marks.Toilet was not properly cleaned.Bath room floor was sticky and the towels were dingy,had to use my own.Went outside then tried to enter through the back door using my room key.Surprise!! Didnot need the room key as door was broken.Anyone could enter the hotel through the back.Scary.

None of the outside locks work the doors are all open, The hotel has a bad smell in it. There are no pictures of the free breakfast online, it no good. and they never seem to fill anything back up.

disappointed

the hotel need maintenance the room have very strong smell ( I buy deodorant and not even enough ) no hot water on sink drains no work properly I report it and they ignored me I'm make early check out and go to other hotel

Disappointing

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Clean the entire building, and call some good exterminators
Location: Very close to airport, several dinning locations close by from cheap to pricey. Traffic around the hotel is terrible but manageable
First, I'm not picky and normally easy to please, especially with hotels like this that are going for a very reasonable nightly rate. I expect these hotels to be outdated, not too fancy. You get what you pay for, and I get that....with that being said, the room smelled like dead mice that smoked a carton of cigarettes a day, there were so many cockroaches all over the room, I had to dodge them while walking. The hallways were cluttered with trash, carpets were filthy and stunk, overturned shop vacs, rolled up carpets, ice machines completely missing from the vending area, etc. the sheets smelled thoroughly slept in as well, and I actually killed several large roaches, left them visible on the floor to see if housekeeping would at least clean it up. No such luck, Not in 3 days I was there. The front desk staff was very friendly the two interactions I actually had with them. Old hotel, fine. Outdated rooms, no problem. Disgustingly dirty and roach infested, unacceptable. Will not be returning to this hotel.

A Little Creepy

Pros: The room was updated, modern looking. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows. There were plenty of outlets for charging phones, etc. Cons: Toilet was loose and wobbled. The tile around the shower had been shoddily repaired. There was no hot water in the sink. The air conditioner was slow to cool. It finally got cool at 9am after 12 hours of running. Their free breakfast was only apples, oranges, yogurt, coffee and juice. There were shady characters hanging out outside the hotel and in my hallway. I didn't feel safe. I returned to my room at 1am and there were people outside hanging out in the parking lot. They went inside right after me. The same woman was hanging out in another man's car when I checked out at noon. I asked for a late checkout, and was told that was fine, I could check out at noon. I was sleeping in, and had the Do Not Disturb sign in the card slot in my door. At 11am, a maid began knocking on my door over and over. She yelled asking if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very upset since I was trying to sleep, I had the sign on my door and I was checking out in an hour! Overall: If you want to get a hotel to just sleep and go, and you don't care about any shennanigans going on in he parking lot (and possibly in the hotel rooms!), it's a cheap, decent hotel. I can't help but think paying $20 more per night for a different hotel might be worth it and might deter shady characters from staying at it.

You may see guests in the parking lot as we are 100% smoke free hotel and guests may be walking around outside in our beautiful Clearwater weather smoking. We also assure that any person on property is a valid and valued guest as we do not allow loitering and if found on the property unwanted guests are asked to leave. We do encourage guests that if you see, hear or feel that any illegal activity is occurring please report such issues to our staff so we can handle the situation for your safety. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your accommodations as we will be making more improvements in the near future. We enjoyed having you and value your business. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations this time. We will use your valuable feedback to improve in hopes you will give us another try.

Regular place. Horrible staff.

Pros: Not expensive, and relatively quiet.
Cons: Fire the police wannabe in the day management shift. Quickly.
Business traveler looking for a quiet and clean place to sleep after work. Didn't care much about the amenities. Having a staff member waking me up almost tearing down my door and yelling for some matter that had nothing to do with me certainly did not good to my review. Having no apology or explanation at all did even worse. In short. Stay away from this place, or you will be awaken mafia style.
