Family vacation with little kids

Our stay was great! The house had everything we could need for an effortless stay with two little toddlers. Kitchen was well stocked, garage had plenty of bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, plenty of towels, and the pool table was a nice touch. Location is perfect with a convenient store, restaurants, ice cream, beach, and a nature walk all within a few minutes walking distance. We would stay again and would recommend this home!

Perfect Beach House for Family

This was a perfect house for our late December family getaway. Very well stocked, plenty of comfortable beds and hang-out areas, beautiful back pool area, and a very easy walk to beach access and restaurants. Great communication with owner, highly recommend!

Great location

Great Location for our families- Close to food and convenience stores, and most importantly beach (5 min walk with a toddler)!! A very responsive host who helped us navigate some minor things in a very timely fashion. Consider bringing your own drying rack since towel drying space is limited. Plenty of beach toys and pots/pans for cooking. The beach wagon was key! Thanks for a great week

Oasis

Great heated pool with fun pool toys. The location is perfect to the beach, playground, ice cream, pizza and gift store. A nice quiet neighborhood. Oh plenty of beach toys, chairs, cooler, towels and wagons. The front porch is perfect for a cup of coffee or a good book.

Family Beach Vacation

We had 4 adults and 2 children on our family vacation, the Oasis had more than enough room to accommodate us all. We were supplied with an amazing assortment of everything needed for a beach vacation, from bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, literarily everything we needed. The swimming pool and patio were amazing, the house was very clean and the beach was a short 5 minute walk at most. We very much enjoyed the Oasis and highly recommend this property!!

Perfect for our group

We had two families with 4 adults and 5 children. The property was perfect for us. Great place and location in a quiet neighborhood. 1/2 block easy walk to beach and restaurants. First time visiting Indian Rocks Beach, we’ll definitely be back.

The Oasis was a wonderful experience!

The house was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, there is lots of space, the pool area is lovely and the beach equipment is great! We left the cold of Nebraska and very much enjoyed our warm get-away at The Oasis!! We will definitely stay again if ever back in the IRB area!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Nice House, good location with minor issues

The house is very nice, location with one block away from the beach however cleanliness in question as we arrived we found uncleaned coffee machine with used coffee grinds still in the filter, we immediately thought what else was not cleaned? so we have to use our judgement to clean bedsheets/ towel before using them. The garbage cans were all full but Kristen explained due to the pick up time. The pool was smaller than in the picture and there was a problem with the pump. We still used it but there were a lot of flies and mosquitoes so we didn't spend a lot of time there. The host was fast in attending the issues but overall, we enjoyed the time there.

Girls Getaway

This was the perfect location and property for our girls trip. Close to the beach. Beautiful private pool. Clean house which was very well stocked with what we needed. Thorough instructions. Questions received prompt response from owner. There was a small pool issue and a beeping smoke detector during our stay, but both issues were handled swiftly by the host. Highly recommend this location. Perfect for a friend or family vacation.

Perfect first vacation rental experience!

Our family group of six adults and four children ages 3-12 were delighted with our stay at The Oasis. The house easily accommodated all of us without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all, including the three-year-old. The pool was a fun feature and while other reviewers didn’t care for all the shade, we were so happy to have it after so many hours at the sunny beach. Kristin, our contact, was warm and pleasant, and super easy to reach as needed. Would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to come again ourselves when we can.

Indian Rocks Beach

Wonderful location to the beach. Great pool…lots of room for everyone. Disappointed in two bicycles were broken and another had a flat tire…contacted the property manager. She came out to repair the bikes, but our opportunity to use them was lost. One of the bathroom tubs the water wouldn’t discharge…was told it was a hair ball. The other bathroom the shower tile floor had mildew. These are things that should have been resolved before we got there. The kayaks were dirty…would have been nice if they were clean so we didn’t have to clean them. Otherwise, it was a great place to vacation.

Great location and overall

Was perfect for our group, beds were comfortable, location and size of home was great for the 8 of us. However, the previous renters garbage was left, pool was not ready for us and the filter needed to be changed, therefore a lot of dirt was in the pool. Garburator was not working. Limited amount of toilet paper. Fridge is very old and there should be an additional fridge in the home.

FAMILY Retreat..

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. The location is fantastic, and even though it was very cold and we didn't get to use the beach much the heated pool and fire pit we're well utilised. The home is well-stocked with kitchen items and linens and towels and the owner is super responsive and so nice.

Great location

We were very happy with our stay at "The Oasis." The location is amazing and the house is beautiful with a lot of space to spread out. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and the fire pit most of all and there is a playground and walking/nature trail just a block away! We had a few snags with two TV's (missing remotes and something not connected right), but the property manager was very easy to communicate with and she tried to even help us by ordering new remotes! :) Overall, we would stay here again if we are in Indian Rocks again.

Nice Beach House

My family of 10 (with two kids under 5), stayed here to get some relaxation at the beach after a hectic week at Disney World. The house was very close to the beach and has 2 nice parks close by for the kids. We rode the bikes provided around the neighborhood, and my son in law took the kayak out and had a blast. We loved the heated pool, although not having a bathroom on the ground floor was a little tough coming out of the pool and trying not to get the wood floors wet. I think if a few area rugs were provided on the floors, it would have made the transition easier. We loved the manual provided with recommendations for restaurants and activities, we did go out to a few and went mini golfing at Smugglers Cove and had alot of fun! The neighborhood that the house is in is beautiful and we met a few neighbors who were very friendly on our walks. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Perfect getaway for friends, family & everyone in between!

We rented this gorgeous house for a week this November. The house is located 2 blocks away from the beach, making it easy for a short walk, or a quick bike ride on one of the bikes included. This house is equipped with just about everything you need to make your stay perfect! From the pool, to kayaks, bike and a grill, you will never have to even leave the property! The house is a beautiful 2 story home, decorated in costal-living style, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper level, and a spacious bedroom on the lower level sharing 2 queen beds. Plenty of space for me and my 3 guests to spread out and relax. The kitchen comes with just about everything needed. A few things to keep in mind if you are cooking in for most of your trip: when going to the store, you may want to grab essentials such as foil, zip lock bags, dish soap, extra trash bags, etc. We did a scope before we headed off to the nearby grocery store to help us decide what we needed. There is a full washer & dryer there, so it is perfect for washing clothing/towels while on your stay. There is a full guide of attractions in the main living area typed by our host to show you where to eat/things to do. It really helped us to decided where to go throughout our time there. We especially loved hanging out in the heated pool. This was the highlight of our entire stay, as even on a chilly night, you can still take a nice dip. Its is surrounded in a tropical paradise that is pretty well closed off to the neighbors. Kristen was so responsive in a timely manner to any questions we had, and super helpful for any other recommendations on places to go to celebrate. You would be missing out if you didnt choose this place to go to when traveling to the area. If we go back, you better believe we will be staying here again!

Hands down our favorite vacation!!

Loved the house!! First impression was amazing! So much space to spread out, loved the king beds, and being able to walk to the beach! Only thing I would suggest is having a wagon to carry beach stuff, but other then that, tons of sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, and multiple life jackets for little kids which was so nice to have! Pool floats, towels, extra blankets, bikes were fun too! I just can’t say enough how much we LOVED this house! It met very expectation we had! If we want a place that is away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but still a short drive to experience it, I would recommend this house 100%. Hoping we can return again if we make it back to Flroida!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time at this property, kids were able to enjoy the pool and the adults had a chance to relax and enjoy the the house. The house was clean and it had everything we needed upon arrival. The house was a few steps away from beach and restaurant access. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!!

Great location

House easily sleeps 12 and is an easy walk to the beach. The one drawback to the house is that both bathrooms are on the upper level. There are no bathrooms on the lower level where the pullout couch, the bedroom with the 2 queen beds and outdoor pool are located.
