Great place

Location good, supermarket next door, ocean beach a short walk across the street. On bus/tram line. Some bars and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was spacious and had a roomy patio overlooking inland waterand the pool. 3 tvs. Kitchen well stocked. We were there 3 weeks. The floor wasn’t cleaned when we got there but all said I highly recommend this place. Proper manager great! Pool was good. Only wish beach chairs provided. We ended up buying 4 and left them there.

Great Location

Location Location!! We came to town for a beach tournament that was located behind a hotel across the street, and was super easy walked too. We had room with the intercostal view and we saw dolphins! Definitely would book again here.

Property was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked in regard to pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Great base location for exploring St Pete and Clearwater. Would book again.

Perfect Location

This is a great condo with plenty of space for two couples. The view from the balcony is awesome with some dolphin sightings. The place is very clean. Across the street is a convenient access to a public beach. Publix is only yards away from the property, and there's what seems to be an endless number of great restaurants. I would rent this place again.

Convenient

The convenience of having the Publix grocery store next door was great. Looking out at the bay from belcony and seeing an occasional dolphin and having a short walk across the street to ocean was great. We did not rent a car due to there being a trolly that takes you up and down the golf, it was handy but at times way too long of a wait for it. All around great trip.

Beautiful condo!

This condo was beautiful! Great views, very clean, very spacious, and wonderful location. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and Publix. Would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was nice, great location. Acess to grocery store, beach , restaurants, site seeing and shopping. The condo was not set up for beach supplies for the beach. Only 2 chairs but condo set up for 4 to 6 people. Need at least 2 more chairs. We never got code for swimming pool acess. No acess code for front door. We only had one key so if the 4 of us split up to do different things one couple would not be able to get back in. I would have liked to had 2 keys. The condo was beautiful and view outstanding. Enjoyed ourselves and would use this company again. Just needed a few more things in the condo thank you

Nice place but…

The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the pool with the view of the bay and sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view. We even saw dolphins one day while sitting by the pool! It was also great to have a beach just a short walk across the street and very convenient to have Publix right next door. Our complaint is the beds are uncomfortable and the pilled sheets were terribly uncomfortable. In addition, the bedroom windows allow so much light in during the night, that it is almost like having the bedroom lights on. All of these things make it difficult to get good sleep - but we liked everything else about the place.

Great location across street from a wonderful Gulf beach. . Beautiful view from balcony of intercoastal waterway. The unit was well maintained and comfortable. Nice pool and grilling area. Free parking Only drawback neighbors smoking on adjoining balconies.

Great location and great view!!

We enjoyed this condo! It’s across the street from the beach with very easy access! It’s also next to a grocery store which is a huge perk. I would say that the condo could have been a bit cleaner … mainly the floor after walking barefoot our feet were filthy my only other complaint is our sheets were very worn and pilly and not super comfy. The hallway of the condo is a bit dingy and could use some better lighting its very dark and hard to see even to put your keypad number in. All in all it’s a Spacious condo with a great view, nice pool and a hot hot tub!!!

Construction was not mentioned before our stay

The unit itself was great, beautiful view, basic necessities, pool was great, sleeping arrangements were good and 2 of the beds were really comfy! Check in instructions did not mention anything about construction. Which required us to alter access to the building and check in was not as simple as it should have been without construction. The communication seemed it would be very simple, I actually needed to contact the property manager to get clarity. After calling the number provided, I was contacted via text and had to actually request a phone call instead. The noise level from the construction was terrible and disruptive. Had it been mentioned we may have decided to stay elsewhere as we have young children. Overall the unit was great. The complex would have been suitable, minus construction, location was fabulous. Grocery store very close, beach access easy, property easy to find (address was accurate via Google maps).

Great Time!

The condo was just as advertised! Very comfy and a beautiful views from the large balcony! Even saw dolphins swimming! Great location, convenient to everything, walk just steps and your on the beach and Publix is right next door. Some great restaurants within walking distance, Sloppy Joes was a winner for great drinks, food and watching the sunset! Only a 5 min drive to Johns Pass where we found awesome shops and bars and beautiful views! You can rent Jet skiis or take a boat cruise! Check out the sweets, some of the best homemade ice cream and fudge! 😋 would definitely stay again!
