Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach. Check in process was very easy. Building is showing its age but the unit itself was very nice/clean. A/c wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. They did bring portable A/c units rather quickly though, not one for the guest bedroom though. Fire alarm for the whole building went off 4 or 5 times, had to evacuate building at 2am and 11pm while sleeping. Other ones were during the day. The view was great.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The view is beautiful and its easy to get to the beach. The only complaint is how hot the master bedroom is. You can only turn the thermostat down to 73 which is not enough to cool the master. You definitely need the fans that are in the closet of the 2nd bedroom.

Great Getaway!

The condo was exactly as described. The elevator was working while we were there but was a little slow. We needed an additional parking space and got the permit from the police dept (across the street from the condo) for overnight parking in Tiki Gardens (25 per night) where the lot is patrolled at night. We loved this beach! There were mostly families and it was not as rowdy or as crowded as I had thought it might be. The condo itself was pretty much exactly as pictured and the balcony was so incredible with the wraparound! Definitely planning on coming back to this area!

The only complaints there were only 1 bath towel per guest for the entire stay. The coffee pot filters were too small and you would get coffee grounds in your cup. There were grounds in the coffee machine that were old The location was wonderful right on the beach. Quiet area Would stay again

Perfect and Right on the Beach

We were traveling with another couple and we appreciate that it had separate en suite bathrooms. Wonderful location right on the beach and walkable to a nice dinner restaurant, and the perfect dive bar! Very clean with lovely fluffy towels and nicely furnished kitchen. I appreciated that they also had plentiful chargers for devices. We had a little snafu with getting access due to door code malfunction but management was very quick to respond and address. Would definitely stay here again!
