Our initial experience was rather frustrating as the digital lock system would not work.We were on the phone trying to get help. The host reset and we were in. The furniture is in very poor condition. Bar chairs are peeling and flaking. The couch was uncomfortable and the single chair was broken down to the point it was very unwelcoming. The following day the digital lock would not work again..I texted the number on the house and left several messages. I received a call from the host saying he had reset the lock. He gave us the code for the key lock box. We used the key for the rest of our stay. There is evidence of much needed maintenance both inside and out. There is only one exit from the unit should there be an emergency.
