Great vacation rental

What a great home. Location was within walking distance to downtown Dunedin. We rode the bikes daily. Such a nice home! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Great get away. Thank you so much!

Fantastic location, layout and service!

Kathy was wonderful with all her communication! She made sure we were comfortable and had access to everything we needed. The house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and a 20-30 minute drive to Clearwater Beach and downtown Tampa.The garage was the perfect size for a minivan. Anything much larger would likely not fit.The beds were comfortable, the AC worked very well, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and eating, plus spices and ziploc bags. The screened porch was wonderful in the mornings and evenings and was a great spot to play games as a family.Having quality beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys in the garage was super convenient.We loved having access to the bikes in the garage and rode to Honeymoon Beach and Clearwater. For longer rides, The Bike Lab in Dunedin was great! We rented some road bikes and rode 70 miles on the Pinellas Trail up to Starkey Market and back down to Clearwater.

Quiet and Comfortable house

We have rented a lot of properties in the town of Dunedin and love this house. We didnt use all the amenities, but the kitchen was well equipped, bike/helmets and beach toys were available and the beds were super comfortable. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. There isnt much parking (except for the garage), but we didnt have a car so not an issue. Nice porch and inside gathering space with plenty of seating. Bedrooms are all upstairs which worked well for is. Would stay here again.

Great for adult family. We did not have children with us. It was within walking distance to downtown Dunedin. Quick to get on 19 to get to other locations. Very clean a spacious.

AWESOME location and comfortable

First, let me say the beds are AWESOME.! The pace is beautiful and we walked to downtown Dunedin many times. Driving to Tampa, Tarpon springs, Clearwater beech, and even St Petersburg was ideal. Nothing more than 45 minutes away (Most less than 20) Highly recommend this place

We were pleasantly surprised with this home. Anything we could have possibly needed was already there for us. Spacious, beautifully furnished and clean with loads of lighting. The location is so convenient. The property manager is very helpful and pleasant. My first experience with VRBO has set the bar quite high for any other accomodations.

Fantastic time in Dunedin with friends in a great home close to everything downtown. Bikes were great and with the trail close by we readily jumped on it. Home was clean, very comfortable and was exactly as described. Would love to stay there again.

Lovely Home with All You Need

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely townhome. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and for trips out to the beautiful nearby beaches. It is conveniently located and although, as some have mentioned, you do hear sirens due to the hospital nearby, we did not find it to be anymore annoying than the sirens we hear at home. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. We loved all the special beachy touches. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed having a comfortable place to call "home" for a few days. I am already missing the gorgeous master bath! Thank you!

Great place, will definitely come again!

This property was wonderful, much larger than the pictures make it look. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 month old daughter and it was perfect, we definitely plan on staying here with more family next time since it was so comfortable and close to everything.
