The Space:

The open layout lets you drift from a relaxed morning coffee to an evening game night without missing a beat, while the soft light that filters through each room creates a calm rhythm that follows you throughout the stay. Whether you gather around the dining table for a family meal or unwind on the fire pit under a clear Clearwater sky, the space offers room to play, relax, and connect in equal measure.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for your group. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, holds two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features one King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, includes a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color Circle, offers one King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water.



Indoor living

The large living area is designed for easy gathering, with a TV and dedicated workspace for downtime or everyday tasks. The game room extends the indoor experience, offering a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all with a view of the backyard. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease. The adjacent indoor‑outdoor dining space flows naturally from the kitchen, providing ample room for family meals or casual snacks while the breeze drifts in.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a putting green. An outdoor bar with a minifridge and a fenced backyard give you multiple ways to enjoy the warm, consistent climate. A patio or balcony adds extra seating, and free parking on the premises plus street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

The home includes a washer, dryer, wifi, smart lock for self check‑in, and all standard essentials such as bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage. A Pack ’n Play/Travel crib and high chair make the villa family‑ready, and the pet‑friendly policy welcomes your furry companions.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the residential setting offers peace while keeping you close to local restaurants, outdoor spaces, and the area’s notable beaches.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
