Weekend Relaxation

The condo is great - spacious, very clean, great private deck and also right next door to the shared sun deck, which offers fabulous sunsets. The water park that is included looked like it would be great fun for a family, and had the sun come out even we adults likely would have enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. Our only complaint was the early check out - 10 am is really early to push people out on a weekend, and we would urge management to consider at least 11 if not noon checkouts. But a lovely stay overall.

Family Spring Break

Our stay was great! Condo was clean and very quiet. Located right next to a huge sun deck to view the sunset. We basically had the large sun deck to ourselves. They have recliners and tables set up there. The pool was wonderful and fun for all ages. Condo was very close to the beach and they had some beach supplies available for use- our favorite were the beach chairs! Great stay!

Family Getaway!

Beautiful vacation. The picture online is deceiving. Makes it look like it is ocean front. Very clean, and perfect for the 5 of us. My only complaint, of all the places we have ever stayed it is the most poorly stocked kitchen. No can opener, not enough cups for everyone. No baking sheets. It majorly needs a kitchen restock! Especially for people like us who cook all of our meals in. Overall, it was a wonderful week!

Perfect!

The condo was very clean, very spacious, and in a great location. We walked to get dinner every night and walked to the beach and to the pharmacy. Only got in the car once to go to Publix. The kids loved the water park and having the passes to get in made it so easy and cheap. We had to contact the owner once when the key didn’t work and we got locked out, she immediately called me and fixed the issue! Would love to stay here again !!!

Condo was amazing!! Great views of waterway. It’s quiet on the side we stayed. The sunset is spectacular! The inside of the condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you need to prep meals, towels, hair dryer, towels for pool/water park. You go to gift shop each day to get wrist bands for daily passes for water park. The lazy river was the best part!! Beach is a couple blocks walk. Beach was beautiful!!

Family Fun

The property is perfectly located. The kids loved the splash park. The boat docs were an awesome bonus for us. We had our boat to just jump on when ever we wanted. It was a great boat ride to John’s pass. The condo had everything we need and plenty of space. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not working properly. It was quite warm in the condo. The second bedroom was hot! The kids ended up camping out in the living room. We did notify the property manager so I’m sure the issue was resolved after we stayed. I was disappointed I was not offered compensation for the uncomfortableness but overall we made the best of it and had a wonderful time.

Great beach vacation

This condo was a fantastic location for my family. We have two children who loved the water park and the beach, which was a very short walk away. The condo is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and they had all the beach equipment you could need as well. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Perfect location for walkability to the beach and restaurants/coffee shops/ice cream. We had a great time. Owners were prompt to respond with any issues. The condo was well stocked with kitchen/bath/child/beach needs. Main cons for us were the master bedroom bed was way to soft for us and found it uncomfortable for sleeping and the elevators are super slow to get to the 6th floor. Otherwise great trip!

Quick Trip To The Beach

This is our 3rd stay at this location and each time it delivers as promised. Waterpark and pool are great. Proximity to the beach and food/shops is also ideal.

Great location

The property was well stocked with the essentials for a long weekend. Due to red tide-we were glad we chose the water park. It was fun for our partner group with an 11 year old. We liked the view from the balcony and the sun deck next to the unit. The complex seems a little worn but our unit was comfortable and clean. Great location for nearby restaurants…and we did ok with one of our party in a wheelchair. We would definitely choose this unit again!

Short Stay

Property was great, nice size & clean! Waterpark is nice for kids in an older community. It is close to everything. There is a resort & cleaning fee which adds to the total quickly. Overall nice place.

Wonderful property!

We really LOVED this unit. The best part for me was the balcony. Perfect for sunrise - you can sit there and watch the dolphins in the bay. Lots of birds too!! The unit was super comfortable and extra clean. Really felt like it was professionally decorated. It was more stocked than we expected; extra garbage bags, a few rolls of toilet paper, dish soap. The washer and dryer was super nice/new. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the closet with the wagon to the beach (very easy walk - maybe 2-3 blocks). The beach was perfect, not crowded and good shells. There is a CVS on the corner and a cute coffee/ice cream shop. The sunset deck is right next to our unit but we didn't get a chance to go there. Very cool idea. The waterpark was amazing and a HUGE perk. We were there every morning at 10a to get our wrist bands. The kids had the time of their lives - esp wtih the gem mining. You guy a bag of sand/gems at the gift shop where you get the bracelents. You dump it on the patio where there is a mining set-up. Really awesome. The pool itself was perfect - lazy river, 2 huge water slides and a great splash area wtih more, smaller water slides (our 9yr olds loved it). There is a rum bar right next to the pool and Jimmy Iguana for an easy lunch or dinner. The pool had a full snack shop too, but we didn't get anything here. The ONE thing I would like to say, as a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, and sorta' common sense - watch your kids. There was a creepy guy lurking in the lazy river. Never let your kids out of your site, even after a drink and you are relaxed on vacation. I think he must be a local. He saw me notice him and got out of the pool fast and left. He talked to the security on the way out, which made me think he comes there often. It was alarming. Keep your guard up as a parent.

Great Long Wknd Stay

Had a great time over a long weekend. I think we came at the perfect time to avoid crowds... Beach is a very short walk. Very clean. No lifeguards or rental shops though. Waterpark was perfect for after lunch when the sun is so intense because it is a bit protected/shaded. Fishing docks in the back were great for early morning/ after dinner entertainment. Kids loved reeling in the catfish, grunts, and pinfish. Condo was clean and perfect for a family of 4. Would definitely come again.

Great property as usual

This is our 4th time at this property and we always love it. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property are up to date. This unit was great. There is a keurig, a pack n play with sheet, and high chair to use. Also a beach cart, chairs, and cooler. It would've helped to know and we could have packed a little lighter!
