Four steps lead up to two further bedrooms, one with two single beds (90cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm), each with an en-suite shower room. A second separate WC is also provided. Accessible via a balcony overlooking the garden, you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden is 400m² and is not fenced. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in the basement. Guests will appreciate the private, unheated, 7m x 4m, 1.20m deep, chlorine swimming pool with a cover, accessible by steps, and open from mid-June to the end of October. Nearby is Belvès, a medieval town with seven bell towers, listed among the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France': Organistrum Museum and hurdy-gurdies of the Périgord Noir (tradition and history of the hurdy-gurdy from the 12th to the 14th centuries with unique instruments); the archaeological site of Caesar's Camp; and troglodyte dwellings where you can discover the daily life of the peasants who inhabited these caves from the 13th to the 18th centuries. 10 km from the fortified town of Monpazier and 25 km from Biron Castle. Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, is 35 km away.
