No Check-out time was sent with the itinerary. that should have been my first clue, I had to sign a paper agreeing to pay half a dozen fee, should certain things happen, when I checked out I was charged a cleaning fee, but they didn't have any maid service, and my room was dirty when I checked in. Then on my train ride home another 35$ charge hit my account, with no explanation, that I am disputing. I was looking for a cheap hotel for a short stay, the neighborhood didn't bother me. I felt saver outside the hotel then in, a maid accused me of not getting on the elevator because I wanted to pilfer through their cart. The reason I didn't get on the Elevator is because there was a mask mandate, neither had on masks. I am still watching my card charges that seems to be there racket.

We liked the hotel and it’s location in the city. We weren’t pleased with a 4:00 check in or a $25 fee to check in early. With no restaurants nearby, a grab and go breakfast would be nice. There is no coffee in the room although there is a microwave and refrigerator. Beds and linens were good and the room was quiet; bathrooms are good too.

When booking this hotel, it was advertised that it had a pool. Upon arriving we were informed by the staff that there was not a pool. If this would have been known up front we would not off booked the hotel, for this reason alone. Secondly our room was never cleaned any of the days we were there, the beds we're not made, and the fold out couch was disgusting, nor was there extra sheets to use the fold out couch. And trash was not emptied out. When informing the front desk of this, they told me a do not disturb sign was on the door. We didn't even have one in our room to use. Also there were no hangers to use to hang clothes. We asked for some hangers at the desk and they told us they were out. I had to fix the TV to get cable for our children to use the TV. Overall the stay was a huge disappointment. For 600 dollars for a 3 day stay you would expect much more. This place should be advertised as a low budget motwl, not a hotel. I will never book here again and much less use Travelocity for booking hotels as the information given for the hotel was in accurate on the Amenities provided by the hotel " like a pool".

We switched rooms three times due to issues with each room we encountered. The first room we were given had no working lock on the door and was unable to be fixed. It also included stains on the bathroom floor. The second room included a bathroom that was absolutely filthy. The third room also had a bathroom that was on par with the second, but there were no rooms left to change to(according to staff). The sink also had a huge crack in it. The person working the desk was cordial enough, it wasn't completely her fault everything was filthy. She was the only person on duty on a Friday afternoon, which doesn't seem appropriate. I have never complained about a hotel room before, but this was above and beyond disgusting. I feel the one room that should have the most focus on cleanliness is the bathroom. There was urine on the floor, multiple hairs on the toilet seat, tank cover, in the shower, and a large clump of hair was on the towels. The shelves holding the towels were also dusty/dirty. The lock on the door - the safety one meant to be engaged from the inside was broken/cracked in three places. There were multiple stains on the bedside table and dirt inside the drawer.

It was not a horrible experience, but there were a lot of little things that just made it not very good. Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the staff was GREAT. Cons: My toilet was broken and never fixed. My room was never cleaned and I stayed 3 nights. I PAID for breakfast that I didn't get one of the days because the person who did the breakfast never showed up. I had to get new keys every day because my keys never worked. I had to switch rooms as soon as I got there because the door wouldn't open.

No soap there was shampoo , lotion and conditioner. 1 Room was stale, the other smelled of smoke, they had me sign a non smoking statement, the nerve. Walking down the hall you were greeted with all sorts of smells none pleasant. Air conditioning smelled mildewed. I will never stay at this hotel again never. Not sure how it’s rating was what it was. We backtracked 33 mi. For this disappointment.
