I was unaware that breakfast wasn't served on site. Also, due to limited staff, no one was at the desk when I went to check out, so I had no idea if I everything was taken care of regarding my check out.

Property is in awful condition. Buckets to catch leaks were all over the place and in the worst places. The hair dryer nearly electrocuted my wife, the phone system did not work at all; couldnt even contact the front desk. No coffee, no water, no snacks, no nothing. Even the continental breakfast was unavailable unless you trudged over across the street to another property. REALLY? The help was friendly enough. Its not their fault. To be fair the room was clean, the shower was better than average, the mattress was comfortable and the HVAC worked adequately. Some inconsiderate jerks in the floor above were making excessive noise till the wee hours. My wife really appreciated that! Not! So obviously we feel ripped off and you can be damn sure we will never stay here or at any Marriot property ever again.

The check in process was horrible. We stayed at the Fairfield but had to go to Township Place to check in. They didn’t have our room key. We then had to go to the Fairfield to get the key. The pool was not full and was VERY NASTY!! It looked like it had not been taken care of for months. We were told the pool was up and running when we reserved the room. 1 of our pillows had blood on it. We had to go back to the Township Place to eat our breakfast the next morning. The breakfast food was cold. They did not have the food warmers on for the food to stay hot. My husband was the one who turned them on. The seating area was not great. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls and the walls were VERY dirty. These were the worst 2 hotels that anyone could ever stay at.

Staff was very friendly, facilities were in need of renovation, however. Clean, but worn. Pool was unavailable due to needing an inspection. No coffee in the rooms (COVID related) but not kept in the lobby after breakfast.

My receipt shows 94.00. They took 130 out of my account. Rooms not available for many guests due to double booking. We will never stay there again. Breakfast was scram eggs and sausage. No goats or anything else for that matter. Worst hotel stay we have ever had.

Unfortunately we arrived to find the hotel was closed and we were moved to the hotel next door also owned by Marriott. The room was great, but we missed the pool that was at the Fairfield Inn.
