New furnace and new roof! Basement is partially finished and came with a sump pump! I am sure you would be convinced that this wonderful house has passed Occupancy inspection by City council!

This home will make you not miss any necessary appliances. Very spacious, family friendly, calm with lovely backyard view and large space to play. perfect for family vacation, company workers, insurance companies looking for a place to house their customers or workers, etc.
